My Story
I had been intending to create my own blog. A push from my MicroMasters Course and I was inspired to finally start a blog site.
I am Connie Germono. A mother, facilitator and a learner residing in the Philippines.

My personal Massive Transformative Purpose (MTP) is to "Co-create mindful, curious, compassionate and courageous human beings".
I am a corporate trainer and sustainability advocate. My passion for learning and development started when I was a student leader at St. Scholastica’s College.
Professionally, I had accumulated more than 25 years of experience in management, corporate affairs, administration, human resources, training and quality management. My area of expertise are soft skills training, designing learning experiences, coaching, strategic management, internal audit, assessment and facilitation.
I also conducted various training on personal mastery, values formation, leadership, management, team building, changing mindset and collaboration. I also facilitated Leaders in Safety workshop in Netherlands, Italy, Aberdeen and Singapore.
I am an Assessor for the Philippine Quality Challenge (PQC), a certified facilitator of the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Open ExO Consultant, ExO Sprint Coach and holds a Green belt Six Sigma certification.
My inspirations - Stephen Covey - 7 Habits of Highly Effective People; Otto Scharmer - Theory U; Daniel Goleman - Emotional Intelligence, and; Salim Ismael - Exponential Organizations

I am an advocate of emotional intelligence and inclusive education.

On a personal note, I love reading, bonding with my son and now developing a liking to taking online courses.

My blog site will focus on my thoughts on parenting, learning and development, personal mastery and personal effectiveness.
