Facilitator, learner and a mother

I am Connie Germono, currently taking an online course with EdX entitled "USMx: LDT100x Instructional Design and Technology: Learning Theories."  As I progress in my studies, I will be sharing my insights ("Aha" moments) on the different learning theories.

I am currently employed at Transnational Institute of Learning (TIL), the training arm of the Transnational Diversified Group (TDG) in the Philippines that currently has more than 30 member companies. I had been with the group since 1998 and has in depth knowledge in human resource, productivity and organizational development.

I am also a certified trainer of Franklin Covey (Philippines) to conduct signature program of 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.

I strongly believe that progress comes to people who continuously aspire and explore their highest potential. Being part of the Learning & Development team of our company gives me inspiration to know and be able to do more.

I also love reading, bonding with my 10-year old son and now developing a liking to online courses.
